1. Open the tag template go to Windows>Duplicate delete the copyright if you can not open the psp image you can build it together by the templates it does open between psp x7 and 23

2. Open Alice Tubes of the following 3, 4, 5 

 Take 5 go to Image>Resize 550 height click okay 

3. Go to the white square template middle side go to Selections>Select all>Float go to the Alice 5 go to Edit>Copy now go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her head into the white template once in place go to Selections>Invert high light Alice 5 go to Edit>Cut then go to Selections>Select None. You can close this tube we done using her

4. Go to Alice 3 make her size 550 height go to Image>Mirror then add her to the white template left side as you did in step 3 then close her out we done using her and Set 4 aside we will add her at the end of the tutorial 

5. Open Paper 4 add it to your foreground pattern 45 angle, 50 scale click okay now go to to the following templates below 

BG Clover, O1, T1 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the clover paper into the new raster layer of the marching ants to each template then go to Selections>Select None close this paper out we done using it 

6. Open Paper 3 add it to your foreground pattern 45 angle, 50 scale click okay then go down to the line bars go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint clover paper into the marching ants of both lines once done go to Selections>Select None close this paper out 

7. Open Paper 7 add it to your foreground pattern 0 angle, 50 scale click okay now go down to the O2 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the green strip paper into the marching ants keep the marching ants going go to 3d Effects>Drop Shadow 2 2 50 2 black click okay then again at -2 -2 50 2 black click okay then go to Selections>Select None. then you can close the paper

8. Open Paper 8 go to foreground 0 angle, 100 scale click okay now go to F1,2,3 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the green gradient paper into the marching ants then go to your same drop shadow as before to all 3 frames 

9. Add this solid green #184c04 into the foreground colors go to Clover 1 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the clover then go to blend change to overlay 

10. Add this gold #f2de82 into foreground color go to Clover 2 do step 9 again but with the gold color 

11. Re open Alice 4 go to Image>Resize height pixel 550 click okay then again by Image>Resize 90% go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her on top of the template as shown above once in place go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 0 0 60 25 black click okay 

12. Open Candy bag 1 (or 2) I use 1 go to Image>Resize 25% then again at 70% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the candy bag on the left side of her as shown above

13. Open Harp 2 (or 1) I use 2 go to Image>Resize 60% then go to Edit>Copy then go down beneath Alice 4 go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the harp on the right side 

14. Open Clover Puppy 3 (or use 1,2) Go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the puppy on the right side (hide the bottom of the harp)

15. Open Irish pot 2 go to Image>Resize 25% go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the pot of gold on the right side of her

16. Open St Mouse 1 go to Image>Resize 25% then add the mouse to the left side of the pot

17. Open St Patty Mouse 1 go to Image>Resize 25% then add the mouse go the right side of the pot 

18. Open Coins 1 go to Image>Resize 25% then go beneath the St Patty mouse add the coins move them down below the mouse feet and next pot of gold

19. Open Grass 1 go to Image>resize 70% then go to Edit>Copy now go down below harp elements go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the grass down beneath the elements on the left side once done go to Layers>Duplicate move the duplicate grass on the elements on the right side an move it down a little

20. Go up to the WA go to Layers>Duplicate then go to Image>Negative turn it white then with your move tool move it a little over to the right side 

21. Add the copyright below 

Add TA with your name not mine

22. Add your name if you wish I use the following below

Font Anime

Color black then I duplicate go Image>Negative turn it white and move it over gave it 3d view look 

23. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible
