Kiss Me I'm Irish Tutorial 

You need to purchase or download the following items

Tag Template HERE (download)

Tube  Amber   by Goldwasser HERE (pay) 

1. Open the tag template go to Windows>Duplicate close the original go to the CC right click your mouse to go to delete click yes it remove my copyright for the tag template. You should be able to open the psp image between psp x7 to 23 if can't open it you can build it into layers with the png template as the sample page shows 

2. Open Amber make her into outfit St Patrick when get to the gloves use Hue at 86 and Saturation 129 click okay it turn to green once please with how you have her dress or as I do above go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into Image close the original file out click no stays in its original settings then mini size her we add her in a little white 

3. Open Paper 10 add it to your foreground pattern 45 angle, 25 scale click okay now go to the following templates below 

T1, F1, and F3

Go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on your paint can and paint the strip paper into the marching ants of your new raster layer then go to Selections>Select None close the paper once you done coloring 3 templates layers

4. Add this solid orange color #f4c04c go to both templates F2, and F4 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the orange color into the new raster layer of the marching ants (keep the marching ants going) go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 2 2 50 2 black click okay then go to -2 -2 50 2 black click okay then go to Selections>Select None

5. Add this solid pink color #f0386c go to L1, and L2 and color your lips once you color go to the blend change to overlay 

6. Add this solid green color #84ca30 go to C1, C2, C3 of your clovers go once you color go to the blend each layer go to Overlay 

7. Open Paper 8 add it your foreground pattern 0 angle, 100 scale click okay go down go the template T2 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the green gradient paper into the marching ants (keep the marching ants going) go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 2 2 50 2 black click okay then again at -2 -2 50 2 black click okay then go to Selections>Select None

8. Go to Amber go to Windows>Duplicate, mini size one take one go to Image>Resize height 550 pixels click okay go to Edit>Copy go down the green paper layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer adjust her as you want into the green paper once down go to the green paper go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Selections>Invert go to to Amber layer go to Edit>Cut remove her parts outside of the green paper go to Selections>Select None go to Amber go to blend change to Luminance (L) 

9. Open Amber 2 go to Image>Resize 500 height pixels click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool adjust her as I have above once done adding her 

10. Open Grass 1 go to Image>Resize 55% then go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath your tube go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool adjust the clover grass beneath her go to Layers>Duplicate, move the duplicate grass down (line with the frame) now go to Layers>Duplicate go down below the frame with her foot

11. Open Grass 2 go to Image>Resize 60% now go to Edit>Copy now when you go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer you going to go beneath grass element 1, 2, 3 adjust it into the image as I did (or you can use open the grass element in the tutorial I provide for this tutorial) 

12. Open Harp go to Image>Resize 60% then go to Image>Mirror go to Edit>Copy go down beneath Amber go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the harp in the back of her as shown above 

13. Open Pot of Gold 1 go to Image>Resize 35% then go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer move the pot of gold down on the image as shown above 

14. Open Horseshoe 2 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Image>Free Rotate Right 25 click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the horseshoe on top of the pot of gold it will fit into place 

15. Open Mushroom 1 go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy go to your image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer move the 1st mushroom over on the right side of the clover grass once in place go to your push tool move up a hair then go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror adjust the 2nd mushroom on the luminance of Amber leg then go to Layers>Duplicate with the 3rd mushroom move it above Amber adjust into the clover grass the mushroom be on the gold pot of gold as shown above

16. Open Mushroom Home 1 go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go down the green paper go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the mushroom on top of her of her back once in place take your eraser and erase the mushroom that over laps on Amber (keep the element open)

17. Go to the element go to Image>Mirror go to Edit>Copy go down to the green paper layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool adjust the mushroom again on the right side as shown above once in place take your eraser and erase the mushroom on her then take the eraser and erase the gray hand on Amber 

18. Open Clover Puppy 3 go to Image>Resize 25% go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place him in front of the mushrooms as shown above

19. Open Clover Puppy 1 do same setting in 18 add him down on top of the her leg left side 

20. Open Clover Puppy 2 go to Image>Mirror go to Image>Resize 25% then add him down to the lower right frame as shown above

21. Go to all 3 Puppy's go to 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 0 0 60 25 black click okay do Amber too 

22. Open Rainbow 2 go to Image>Resize 60% now go to Edit>Copy now go down to the green paper go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on top of the right side hide the right cloud beneath the frame as shown above

23. Go down to the pink lip bottom frame move it a little up and move the overlay template up too 

24. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

25. Add the copyright as shown below but put TA_your name not mine 

26. Add your name if you like I use the following below

27. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

28. Go to File save as PNG Format
