1. Open tag template go to Windows>Duplicate close the original out then go to the CC right click mouse go to delete click yes this remove the copyright of my tag. If you can not open the psp image build with the png templates like the sample tag but you should be able to open it from psp x7 to 23 program 

2. Open Tube design her as I did above then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible go to Edit>Copy and then go to Edit>Paste into Image then close the original out click no goes back to it original settings then go to the tube of Liselotte go to Windows>Duplicate it, mini size both tubes we get back to them in a little while

3. Open Paper 10 go to your foreground pattern go to 45 angle, 25 scale click okay now go down to T1 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the stripe paper into the marching ants then go to Selections>Select None close the paper we done with it

4. Open Paper 7 add it to your foreground pattern 0 angle, 50 scale then go to T2 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the green stripe paper into the marching ants (keep the ants going) go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 2 2 50 2 black click okay then again at -2 -2 50 2 black click okay then go to Selections>Select None close the paper

5. Open Paper 5 add to your foreground pattern 45 angle, 25 scale click okay now go template C1 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the pink stripe paper into the marching ants then go to Selections>Select None close the paper out 

6. Open Paper 8 add to your foreground pattern 0 angle, 100 scale go to C2 add it give it the same drop shadow as before with leaving the marching ants going as you did in step 4

7. Add this solid green color #84ca30 into the foreground color go to Clover 2 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the green color into the new raster layer of the marching ants of the clover then go to blend change to overlay then go to Selections>Select none 

8. Move the green color into your background color then add this pink color #84ca30 into foreground color then go to Clover 1 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click the paint can and paint the 2 small clover in pink then move the green to the foreground then paint the big clover into the green then go to blend change to overlay then go to Selections>Select None

9. Open tube go to Image>Resize 550 height pixels click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go down to the circle green gradient paper go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her into the circle once in place go to the green circle paper go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Selections>Invert then go to Liselotte tube go to Edit>Cut then go to Selections>Select None then go to the tube go to blend change to luminance (L) 

10. Go to the WA go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Negative move just a hair over to the right then go to the white word art go to Layers>Duplicate to brighten the word art 

11. Go to the 2nd tube of Liselotte go to Image>Resize width 400 pixels click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her on the left side as shown above now once in place go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 0 0 60 25 black click okay (give it depth)

12. Open Whiskey jug 1 go to Image>Resize 35% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the right side of the bottom frame 

13. Open 3 Champage glasses go to Image>Resize 20% then go to 70% then go to the following below

Pink Glass go to Edit>Copy then go to top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the pink glass by her leg and then go to Layers>Duplicate move by the whiskey jug as shown above

Green Glass go to add by the right side of the whiskey jug

Gold Glass add it to the right side of the jug then go to Layers>Duplicate move the duplicate gold glass on the left side of the jug as shown above

14. Open Candy bag 2 go to Image>Resize 20% then 80% then go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath the gold glass go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the candy bag down behind the gold glass by the jug as shown above

15. Open Candy bag 1 go to Image>Resize 70% then again at 20% then go to Edit>Copy go to the images go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the gold candy bag by the green candy bag 

16. Open Cake 1 go to Image>Resize 20% now go to Edit>Copy now go to your images go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the cake in front of the jug as shown above

17. Open Cupcake 2 go to Image>Resize 10% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the cupcake next to the pink glass by her leg as shown above

18. Open Grass 2 go to Image>Resize 60% then go to Edit>Copy now go down to the clover go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the grass down beneath the tube then once in place go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror adjust on the right side 

19. Open Grass 1 go to Image>Resize 55% then go to Edit>Copy now go above both grass of 2 then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the clover grass down on the right side then go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror

20. Go to the white word art 2nd copy with your mouse move it all the way up to the top so the Attitude shows above the elements as shown above

21. Now use the push tool and your move tool (this is optional) go to each element move up a little including the tube of Liselotte (it blends it as if it is sitting in the grass) 

22. Open Saint Dog 2 go to Image>Mirror then go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the dog in front of her shoe as shown above

23. Open Saint Dog 1 go to Image>Resize 70% then again at 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the dog on the left side of her knee once in place use the push tool up a little on the dog feet (optional)

24. Open Clover Corner 2 go to Image>Mirror then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the corner 2 on top of the left top frame then go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror then move the duplicate on top of the whiskey jug 

25. Open Clover Corner 1 go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the corner 1 on top of the upper right frame as shown above

26. Add copyright as shown below add TA_your name not  mine 

27. Add your name if you wish as I did the following below

Font Anime

Color black then once I add it I went to Layers>Duplicate, then Image>Negative turn it white move it over a little to the right 

28. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

29. Go to File save as PNG Format
