1. Open the tag template go to Windows>Duplicate close the original out then go to the CC right click your mouse delete it close the original template out if you can't open the psp image you can build it into layers with the png templates but it should open from psp x 7 to 23 program

2. Open Joan design her as you want as I did above.. in her clover outfit. go to the rainbow go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into Image (we use the rainbow in the tutorial) then close it and once you have Joan design with the puppy and clovers go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible then go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into Image (we create the tube we going to use in the tutorial) close the original tube out click no 

Mini size both Joan and the Rainbow we get to them in the tutorial soon 

3. Open Paper 3 add it into your foreground pattern 45 angle, 25 scale click okay now go to the following templates below

T1, C1 

Go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the clover paper into the marching ants of the new raster layer click Selections>Select None do both templates then close the paper

4. Open Paper 4 add it to the foreground pattern 45 angle, 50 scale click okay now go down to the BG Clover go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the clover into the marching ants of the new raster layer once done go to Selections>Select none close the paper

5. Add this solid green color #76c032 go to the clovers elements all of them go to Selections>Select all>Float go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the green into the marching ants then go to blend change to overlay then go to Selections>Select None do it to all the clovers 

6. Open Paper 9 go to your foreground pattern 45 angle, 50 scale click okay now go down to the template C2 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the clover paper into the marching ants (keep the marching ants going) go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 2 2 50 2 black click okay then again at -2 -2 50 2 black click okay then go to Selections>Select None close the paper

7. Go to the WA go to Layers>Duplicate then go to Image>Negative then with your move tool move the white word art over a little giving 3d view look 

8. Open Paper 6 add it to your foreground pattern 0 angle, 100 scale click okay now go down to the white template T2 go to Selections>Select all>Float go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the pink gradient paper into the marching ants (keep the marching ants going) go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of -2 -2 50 2 black click okay then again at 2 2 50 2 black click okay then go your Adjust>Hue and Saturation with the following setting below

Hue 144 and Saturation 129 click okay then go to Selections>Select None close the paper

9. Locate the Rainbow go to Image>Resize 500 width pixel click okay then go to blue paper go to Selections>Select all>Float now go to the Rainbow go to Edit>Copy then go to the image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool adjust the rainbow into the blue paper once in place go to Selections>Select None

10. Open Mushroom Home 1 go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the mushroom home down on the bottom of the frame (only see apart of it in the tag above)

11. Find Joan go to Image>Resize 350 width pixels click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her down on the lower of the frame left side as shown above

12. Open Grass 1 go to Image>Resize 55% then go to Edit>Copy now down beneath the mushroom home go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move it down beneath Joan 

13. Open St Patty Mouse 2 go to Image>Mirror then go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the mouse down by the circle with her boots as shown above 

14.Open Bow 5 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top of image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the bow on the circle as shown above

15. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

16. Add copyright as shown below 

change tag by your name not mine

17. Add your name if you like I did the following below

Font Anime

Color #ffffff

18. Go Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

19. Go to File save as PNG Format
