1. Open the tag template go to Windows>Duplicate close the original out then go to CC layer right click your mouse click delete remove the copyright. PSP Image will open between psp x7 to 23 if you can't open build by the png templates

2. Open Paper 3 go to Foreground pattern 45 angle, 50 scale click okay then go to the following templates below

T1, C1, C3 

Go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the clover paper into the marching ants on the new raster layer go to Selections>Select None close the paper

3. Open Paper 4 same setting as before go down to the BG Clover go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint clover paper into the 3 green clover templates then go to Selections>Select None close the paper

4. Open Paper 8 add it foreground 0 angle, 100 scales color the templates below

T2, C2, C4 

Do step 2 again this time when have marching ants go to 3d Effects>Drop Shadow 2 2 50 2 black click okay then again at  -2 -2 50 2 black click okay 

5. Go to the WA go to Image>Negative turn it white then go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 0 0 70 25 black click okay (give depth)

6. Add this lite green #97d033 into the foreground colors then go to each clover go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the  paint can and paint the color then go to the blend change to overlay 

7. Open Leprechaun 4 go to Edit>Copy now go down the green square paper go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer adjust her as you want go to the green paper go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Selections>Invert go to Leprechaun of Cookie go to Edit>Cut then go to Selections>Select None go back to Leprechaun of Cookie go to blend change it to Luminance (L) 

8. Open Leprechaun 3 go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her on the right side of the frame (she will fit right into place)

9. Open Mushroom Home 1 go to Image>Resize 35% go down beneath Leprechaun 3 add it into place it line up with the clover 

10. Open Mushroom 1 close of  Leprechaun 3 copy mushroom when add it line up with the right bottom frame once in place re open Cookie

11. Open Grass 1 go to Image>Resize 70% add it down beneath the mushroom elements 

12. Open Mouse 4 go to Image>Resize 35% go top image add the mouse left side of the grass as shown above

13. Open Doodle go down beneath the mouse add it move a little over to the right as shown above

14. Open Clover Puppy 1 go to Image>Resize 25% go to the top add him down in front of Cookie

15. Open Cupcake 2 go to Image>Resize 20% now go to the top image layer add it down in front of Cookie as shown above

16. Open Bow 5 (or your choice) go to Image>Resize 25% now add the bow on top of the template top circle then go to Layers>Duplicate move the 2nd bow bottom circle then go to your mouse move it up to the top of the bow 

17. Open Doodle again go down the green square paper go add it to the background once place top go to Layers>duplicate 2 times then move both doodle over as shown above 

18. Add copyright as shown below 

add tag by your name 

19. Add your name if you wish I use the following below

20. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

21. Go to File save as PNG Format
