1. Open the tag template psp image go to Windows>Duplicate close the original out then go to the CC right click your mouse click delete click yes it remove the copyright. If you can't open the psp image build together with the png templates but you should be able to open it from psp x 7 to 23 program 

2. Open Paper 7 add it to your foreground pattern 45 angle, 25 scale click okay now go down to C1 go to Selections>Select all>Float go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on your paint can and paint the green strip paper into new raster layer then go to Selections>Select None

3. Open Paper 8 add it to your foreground pattern 0 angle, 100 scale click okay then go to C2 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the green gradient paper into the marching ants (keep them going) go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 2 2 50 2 black click okay then again at -2 -2 50 2 black click okay then go to Selections>Select None (keep paper open)

4. Open the Shamrock Mist go to Edit>Copy now go to the green paper circle go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it into the center of the green paper (if it doesn't fall into place) go to the blend change to hard light 

*Mist was made by Elf tubes paper which download HERE (want the Lucky Irish Kit) 

5. Use Paper 8 with both top and bottom white template do step 3 again  then you can close the paper

6. Open Paper 3 add it to your foreground pattern 45 angle, 50 scale click okay then go to T1 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on your paint can and paint the clover paper into the marching ants then go to Selections>Select None

7. Add this green solid color #80b701 into your foreground color then go down to the Clover 1 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the green color into the marching ants then go to blend change to overlay then go to Selections>Select None

8. Add this gold solid color #ecd56d into your foreground color do step 7 but with Clover 2 

9. Go to the WA go to Image>Negative then go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 0 0 60 25 black click okay 

10. Open tube Samara design her into her green design for St Patrick as I did above then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into Image then close the other image out click no goes back to its regular settings then go to the image tube go to Image>Resize 500 height pixels click okay then go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her down on the left side of the circle once in place go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 0 0 60 25 black click okay 

11. Open Pot of Gold 2 (or 1 I use 2) go to Image>Resize 30% then go to Edit>Copy go down beneath the tube go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the pot of gold down by the girl on the right side it will line with the gold clover on the bottom 

12. Open Coins go to Image>Resize 55% then go to Edit>Copy then go down beneath the pot of gold go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool slide the coins under the legs of the girl 

13. Open Grass 2 go to Image>Resize 60% then go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath the coins go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the grass down beneath the tube and the elements 

14. Open Grass 1 go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go down to the grass 2 go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the clover grass down on top of the grass just on the top not the bottom 

15. Open Clover Puppy 1 go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the gold clover puppy on top of the girl as shown above

16. Open Clover Puppy 3 go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Image>Mirror then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the white clover puppy on the left side of the pot of gold as shown above give it the same drop shadow 

17. Open Horseshoe go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Image>Free Rotate left 25 click okay then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the horseshow down on the bottom lower corner of right side once in place go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Flip Vertical then move the duplicate horseshoe on the upper right corner then take your eraser and erase the horseshoe on the top and bottom of the horseshoe if you can erase it right way (you can use the 2 elements provide in the folder) 

18. Open St Paddy Mouse 1 or 2 I use 1 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Image>Mirror then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the mouse on the right side of the pot of gold as shown above

19. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

20. Add copyright as show below add TA_your name not  mine

21. Add your name if you wish I use the following below

Font Anime

Color white 

22. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

23. Go to File save as PNG Format
