1. Open Frame Clusters open 3rd Frame Cluster 

2. Go into the Kit open Mask go to Edit>Copy then go down beneath the frame cluster go to Layers>New Layer (make new layer) then go to Edit>Paste into new raster the purple mask go onto the new raster layer move behind the frame it will fit into place

3. Open Background 2 go to Edit>Copy now go down to the purple mask go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Edit>Paste into Selection it will fall into place as show above frame cluster design we create

4. Open the word art Where the Shadow Find Beauty go to Image>Resize 55% then go to Image>Negative turn it white then go to the top frame cluster go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the where art on top of the background once in place go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow 2 2 50 2 black click okay then at -2 -2 50 2 black click okay 

5. Open Roxanne if you are using Goldwasser Tube like I am create her as you want or as I did above once done go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible then go Edit>Copy then Edit>Paste into Image when close the original click no goes back to the normal psp image layers. Then go to Image>Resize 300 pixels click okay then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool adjust her into the swing as shown above 

6. Open Bee (kit) go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the right upper side of the frame cluster as shown above

7. Open Puppy 1 (or 2 I use 1) go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the puppy on top of the yellow rose on the lower right side of Roxanne as shown above 

8. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

9. Add copyright as shown below

This completes this tutorial it a simple frame cluster design..
