You need the following items below 

PTU New Year Kit HERE
Party Til Ball Drops Tag Template HERE (Free download)
CU Tube Caterina  HERE (by Goldwasser)

1. Open the tag template the psp image is in psp23 if you can not open it build from the png templates with these following steps below 

Open Base (this becomes transparent image) , Open Template 1 go to Edit>Copy then go to the base go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer move to the left side (or move in place) then open Template 2 place on the right side a little overlap with template 1, now open the paint strip design add it on top of template 2, Open template 3 move a little down (not much) then open template 4 it will lay on top move it a little down, then open diamond goes on the template 3, Open the sparkle brush add it on top of template 4, open the word art place it on the top of 4 lower left side as shown above with the tag now you have the png templates into psp image go to step 2

2. Go into the new year kit and open Paper 8 add it to your foreground pattern 0 angle, 50 scale click okay now go to template 1 go to Selections>Select all>Float now go to Layers>Add new raster layer with your paint can paint the paper into the new raster layer once paint go to Selections>Select None

3. Open Paper 1 go to your foreground pattern 0 angle, 50 scale click okay now go to template 2 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer with your move tool place the purple paper with your paint can then go to Selections>Select None

4. Go to the paint brush design go to your blend change to 75%

5. Open Paper 2 add it to your foreground pattern 0 angle, 100 scale click okay now go to the template 3 black circle go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on your paint can and paint the gold paper into the marching ants, keep the marching ants going go to your 3d Effects>Inner Bevel with this setting below

 Bevel # 2, Width 8, Depth 15, Color is white, Angle 315, Intensity 50, and Elevation 50 the rest is zero click okay then go to Selections>Select None

6. Open Paper 4 (set aside for a moment) now go to the white template circle go to Selections>Select all>Float go to Layers>Add new raster layer now go to the paper 4 go to Edit>Copy now go to the new raster layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster now with your move tool move the background up to where you see the water once in place go to Selections>Invert now highlight the firework paper go to Edit>Cut now keep the marching ants going go to 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of -2 -2 50 3 black click okay then do again with 2 2 50 3 black click okay then go to Selections>Select None

7. Go to the paint brush go to Image>Negative, then go to the word art layer go to Layers>Duplicate now go the duplicate word art go to Image>Negative now move the white word art a little over to the right side to view it a stand 3d effect shadow of the black (make stand out on the paper) 

8. Open disco ball 1  go to Image>Resize 35% now go Edit>Copy now go down to the firework paper go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the ball underneath one of the diamond dots as on the left side as shown above

9. Open disco ball 2 go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath the gold ball go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move it on the left side of the gold ball once in place go to the silver ball go to Image>Negative 

10. Open Bow 4 go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the bow onto of both disco balls 

11. Open City Town go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go down to the firework paper go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the city town on the right side once in place take your selection tool and cut the bottom of the black square off of it (once down it look like a city in the fireworks paper) 

12. Open Caterina 6 go to Windows>Duplicate then go to Image>Resize 550 pixels click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer place her on the right side as shown above once in place go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow 0 0 60 10 #f8f8f8 color click okay 

13. Open the white and gold balloon in the kit go to Windows>Duplicate take your crop tool and crop out the white bow now go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the balloon down by the word art left side if you want to add more balloons your choice I only put one like if it is fallening lol 

14. Open Disco 1 go to Image>Resize 20% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the disco bear on top of her lap 

15. Open Mist go to Edit>Copy now go down to the firework paper go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the mist a little over to the right now much it going to look like fog off the water 

16. Open the Gold Sparkle 1 go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go down to the mist layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer leave it into the center 

17.Open Sparkle 1 (silver) go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go above the gold sparkle layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the left side underneath the disco balls once on place go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror adjust the right side as shown above 

18. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

19. Add copyright as shown below but with your name 

20. Add your name I use the following below

PTU Tag Set HERE 

1. Open the tag template if you can't open the psp image as it made from psp 23 build the layers with the png template as the following below 

A. Open base template (this be your transparent) now open the following below

B. Open Template 1 and 3 Go to Edit>Copy then go to the base go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool adjust them like it shows (sample in the folder)

C. Open Template 2 and 4 do the same as above

D. Open the Strips it will fall on top of the templates 

E. Open Template 5 add it to the bottom 

F. Open Black circle add on the right side of the template, then do the white circle 

G. Open Clock w the hands add it on top of the shadow circle as shown above 

H. Open the word art and place it in the center of the template 5 now go to step 2

2. Open Paper 3 and 5 in your folder come from my New Year kit mini size them we going to use both papers to color our tag template Add New Year paper into the background pattern 45 angle, 50 scale click okay then add the silver paper into the foreground pattern as 0 angle, 50 scale click okay go to step 3 

3. Now switch the papers around Go to template 1,3,5, go to Selections>Select all>Float now go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the new year paper into the marching ants then go to your 3d Effects>Inner Bevel with this setting below 

Bevel #2, Image Smoothness 7, Depth 3, Angle 315, Color white, Intensity 50, Elevation 50 the rest is zero click okay now do this to the 3 templates I state (both white templates and the black bar template)

Now go to the black circle template go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on your paint can paint the new year paper into the new raster layer now go to Selections>Contrast 10 click okay now go to Selections>Invert highlight the new year paper go to Edit>Cut then go to Selections>Select None (we want to keep the inner circle black) 

4. switch the 2 papers around go to template 1, 4 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer then click on the paint can and paint the silver paper into the marching ants then once paint it go to Selections>Select None

5. Go to the Strips layer take your selection tool and draw a selection around both frames then go to Selections>Invert go to strips layer go to Edit>Cut it will remove the lines as I hand paint the lines for this tutorial (optional)

6. Open  Catarina  7 go to Edit>Copy now go down to the black circle go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her head into the black circle once happy with where she is sitting go to the black circle go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Selections>Invert now highlight Caterina go to Edit>Cut (it will remove the rest of her body) now go up to the clock w the hand and with your eraser erase the hand off of her face 

7. Open  Catarina 8 go to Windows>Duplicate close the original out now go to her go to Image>Mirror then go to Image>Resize height 700 pixels click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her on the left side of the tag as shown above 

8. Go to the word art go to 3d Effects>Drop Shadow 0 0 60 10 black click okay now stay on the word art and go to Layers>Duplicate 3 times so it will stand out 

9. Open Disco go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place disco down on the left side he will lean against her chair as shown above

10. Open Disco Ball go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath Catarina 7 go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the disc ball on the lines of the image as shown above once in place go to Layers>Duplicate 2 times move the disco balls over as shown above (optional how many disco balls you use)

11. Open City town go to Image>Resize 80% now go down to the base transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the city up behind the elements but show parts of it as if it town celebration behind it 

12. Open Balloon I provide go to Edit>Copy now go to the top of the image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer lay the 1st balloon on top of the middle disco ball then go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror and move it over to the other disco ball then go to Layers>Duplicate move it over 2 more times as show above as if the balloons are bouncing everywhere as if she at a party 

13. Open Present go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the present down on the right side of the bar as shown above then once happy where it sits go to Layers>Duplicate move it down a little and over to the left side a little as shown above 

14. Open Disco 2 go to Image>Mirror then go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the bear down on top of the presents on the outer right side as shown above it will fit into place 

15. Open Mist go to Edit>Copy go down to the city town go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer (leave as it is) 

16. Go to the top of the tag layers go to Windows>Duplicate now on the duplicate tag close off the clock numbers, all circle layers include the girl head then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible now delete the tag go to the banner we create crop it then add the following to the banner

 A. Open the bow go to Edit>Copy go to the banner go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the bow on the top right side a little as shown above 

B. Open the silver firework go to Edit>Copy now go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the firework behind the banner and move it up and line it with the silver bow 

C. Add copyright as show below step 16 

D. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible this is your banner lets finish the tag go to step 16

16. Add Copyright as shown below with your name not mine 

17. Add your name if you like I use the following below

18. 1. Open the tag template if you can't open the tag template psp image as it on psp 23 then do the steps below 

Open the base then open template 1, go to Edit>Copy then go to the base go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer (every piece will fall into place) 

Template 1, Music Notes, Template 2, add star bright go to Image>Negative (turn it white) then go to Template 3, template 4 add 4 stars  add Circle 1, and 2 and the stars then add the word art Count Down to New years (Close the layer off) then go to the word art 2026 go to Image>Negative then add it and move the year into the upper star.. (optional) now go to step 2

2. Go into the folder Open Paper 1 go to pattern material properties find paper 1 with 0 Angle, 50 scale click okay then go down to template 1 go to Selections>Select All>Float now go to Layers>Add new raster layer then click the paint can and paint the red paper into the marching ants then go to Selections>Select None

3. Open Gold paper in the folder go to pattern 0 angle, 50 scale go to template 2 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the gold paper into the marching ants of the new layer then once done go to Selections>Select None

4. Go to the 4 white stars go to  3d Effects>Drop Shadow 5 5 60 5 black click okay it going give 3d effect of shadow 

5. Open Paper 2 go to pattern 45 angle, 50 scale click okay now go to template 3 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the paper into the marching ants then go to your 3d Effects>Inner Bevel with this setting below

Bevel # 2, Image Smoothness 7,  Depth 3, Color White, Angle 315, Intensity and Evaluation 50 the rest is zero click okay then go to Selections>Select None 

6. Open Paper 4 add it to pattern 0 angle, 50 scale click okay now go to template 4 go to Selections>Select all>Float now go to Layers>Add new raster layer with your paint can paint the red paper into the marching ants then go to 3d Effects>Drop Shadow 1 1 50 5 black click okay then go to -1 -1 50 5 black click okay then go to Selections>Select None 

7.  Go to the 4 stars go to Image>Negative turn it white then go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 0 0 60 5 black click okay 

8. Open Paper 2 place in your pattern 45 angle, 50 scale click okay now go to Circle 1 go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the red gold pattern paper into the marching ants (keeping the marching ants) go to your 3d Effects>Inner Bevel same setting as before then go to Selections>Contrast 10 click okay then go to Layers>Add new raster layer go to step 9

9. Open Paper 1 add it to your pattern as 0 angle, 50 scale click okay now go to the new raster layer click on your paint can and paint the red paper into the marching ants go to Selections>Select None with your move tool place the dark red circle paper above the red and gold paper circle 

10. Go to the white circle template change the blend of the paper down to 71% to make it a shadow then go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 1 1 50 2 black click okay then again at -1 -1 50 5 black click okay 

11. Open Paper 2 add it into the pattern 45 angle, 50 scale click okay now go to the star template go to Selections>Select all>Float now go to Layers>Add new raster layer click the paint can and paint the red gold paper into the stars both stars then go to Selections>Select None. Now go to the red gold stars paper layer go to 3d Effects>Inner Bevel with the same setting as before 

12. Go to the 2026 word art go to 3d Effects>Drop shadow go to 0 0 60 5 black click okay then add the drop shadow one more time again  (give it depth off the paper )

13. Open Catarina 11 go to Edit>Copy now go down to the red circle paper go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool adjust her head into the circle with the shadow paper once in place go to to Selections>Select all>Float the red paper circle then go to Selections>Invert highlight the Cataria layer go to Edit>Cut you going to remove the rest of her body then go to Selections>Select None

14. Open Catarina12 go to Image>Resize 650 height pixel click okay then go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her down on the right side as shown above then add a drop shadow of 0 0 60 5 black click okay 

15. Open Teddybear Present 2 go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the teddy bear down on the left side of Catarina as shown above add the same drop shadow 

16. Open Bells 1 go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the bell on the upper corner frame as shown above 

17. Open Charm go to Image>Resize 55% now go to Edit>Copy now go down to the circle shadow paper go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the red and gold frame of the circle as shown above 

18. Open Teddybear Rose go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the rose teddy bear on the right side of the stool of Catarina as shown above 

20. Take the word art we close off to to Edit>Copy Edit>Paste into Image and delete the word art layer go to the copy image of the word art go to Image>Resize 70% then go to Image>Free Rotate Left 25 click okay then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the word art into the inner circle as shown above then once in place go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 0 0 60 10 white click okay 

21.     Add your name to the other star (optional)

Size 14-20

Color #f4e99f plus add pattern gold and red paper also 3d Effect>Drop Shadow of 0 0 60 10 black click okay gives depth 

22. Add copyright as shown below but with your name not mine 

23. If you close off all circle layers, the bow element and the word art then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible and delete the merge tag then re open the close layers go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible you will have the banner then you can add the copyright to it. Or you can purchase my tag set and collect your name to it. This is an PTU tut and PTU tag set all materials are provide in the folders. xoxo

You need the following below

Bottoms Up Tag Template HERE (Free download)

CU Tube Mandy HERE (by Goldwasser)

1. Open PSP Image if you can't open build the layers together by the Png templates in the folder with the details below for you as I am using both psp 23 and psp x7 (plugin effects)

A. Base open it, take template 1 and 2 add by going to Edit>Copy then Edit>Paste into new raster layer

then add the strips, then add the 2 small circle then add the clock and the word art, and close the word art out go to step 2

2. Open Paper 1 go to Angle 0 and scale at 50 click okay now go to the template 1 and 2 go to Selections>Select all>Float then click on the paint can and paint the black paper. Once done painting the paper on the template 2 paper go to Blend change to overlay

3. Open Paper 6 go to pattern 0 angle, 50 scale click okay now go to template 3 circle go to Selections>Select All>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on your paint can and paint the gold paper into the black circle template Selection>Select None

4. Go to white Circle template go to layers move down to 59% 

5. Open Bucket 3 go to Image>Resize 45% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the hand layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the bucket down on the right side as shown above (close off the word art too for moment of time)

6. Open Bucket 4 go to Image>Resize 40% now go to Edit>Copy go down beneath bucket 3 go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the ice bucket behind the other bucket as shown above 

7. Open Wine Bottle 1 (or your choice) go to Image>Resize 35% then go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers (beneath the word art) go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the wine bottle next to the bucket 

8. Open Wine Glass 1 (or your choice) go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy go to the images go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it in front of the wine bottle once in place go to Layers>Duplicate move over a little 

9. Open the word art place it on top of the elements once in place go to Layers>Duplicate 

10. Open Mandy 4 go to Edit>Copy now go down to the Gold paper circle go to Selections>Select All>Float now go Layers>Add new raster layer then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her face down into the gold paper once in place go to Selections>Invert then go to Edit>Cut (be on Mandy) cut her body away now go to Selections>Contrast 10 click okay then go to Invert>again this time go to Edit>Cut we going to remove the headband says 2023 on her 

11. Keep a Copy of Mandy go to Image>Resize 550 height click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her on the left side as shown above 

12. Open Jug 2 go to Image>Resize 40% then go to Image>Mirror now go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath Mandy go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the jug down on the left side by Mandy as shown above 

13. Take your eraser and erase the 2023 on top of Mandy (just the 2023) 

14. Open Mask 1 (or your choice) go to Image>Free Rotate left 25 click okay then go to Image>Resize 20% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the mask into her hand (it will glide right in) 

15. Open Bells 1 (or your choice) go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the clock as shown above

16. Open teddy bear New year hat 1 (or your choice) go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the teddy bear next to the wine bottle as shown above 

17. Close off all circle layers clicking Mandy 

18. Open Firework 2 go to Image>Resize 45% now go to Edit>Copy now go down to the white strips layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the top of the strip paper then go to Layers>Duplicate 2 times move to the left and right side of the firework then go to Layers>Duplicate all 3 firework give depth

19. Re open all circle images 

20. Add copyright as shown below with your name not mine 

21. Add your name I use the following below

Font Cookie 

Size 14

Color #f4e99f

Add Inner Bevel setting below 

Bevel 1

Width 8

Depth 20

Color White

Angle 315

Intensity 50

Elevation 50 

rest is zero click okay 

22. If you want a banner as I did above, go to Windows>Duplicate it 2 times. One Image go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

Second one close off all circle templates, close off Mandy head, clock hands and the clock number and the bell then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible go to the tag image right click your mouse click delete click yes then re open the images go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible add copyright to the banner 

23. Go to File save as PNG Format this completes this tutorial may you have a Happy New Years as you Bottom up it's party time lol

Need PSP Program 

1. Open Tag Template go to Windows>Duplicate close the original PSP image if you can not open the psp image then build into layers each template will fall into place for you 

2. Open Mandy 1, 2, 5, & 6  mini size as we go forward 

3. Take Mandy go to Windows>Duplicate close the original then go to Image>Resize width 400 pixels click okay now go to your template click on template 9 go to Selections>Select All, Select Float now go to Mandy go to Edit>Copy now go to the tag template go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her head into the white circle of the marching ants now go to Selections>Invert go to Edit>Cut and remove the extra parts of her off the tag template then go to Selections>Select None

4. Now move Mandy down beneath the white template of 9 then go to template 9 we going to reduce the layer to 61% then go to Mandy go to Layers>Duplicate move Mandy above the white template of 9 then go to Blend change Mandy top tube above the white template of 9 to Overlay she will turn bright color blend with the template we reduce as shadow glass mirror view (make sure when you cut you cut her body off on her tube )

5. Now go to Mandy 5 resize her at width 400 pixel go to the template 9 go to Selections>Select All>Float, then go to tube go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer adjust her head into the 2nd circle on the bottom part of the template once in place go to Selections>Invert, then go to her tube layer go to Edit>Cut remove the rest of her body then go to Selections>Select None. Now move Mandy 5 down beneath the white template of 9 then go to Layers>Duplicate move the duplicate of Mandy 5 above the white template of 9 then go to the Mandy 5 duplicate blend her to overlay as we did in step 4 then close her out 

6. Take Mandy 2 go to Image>Resize width 500 pixels go to Shadow Template go to Selections>Select all>Float go to Mandy go to Edit>Copy now go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool adjust her into the right side of the shadow template once happy with where she sits go to Selections>Invert then highlight Mandy layer go to Edit>Cut now go to Selections>Select None then go to Mandy again go to Layers>Duplicate 

7. Take Mandy 6 go Image>Mirror then go to Image>Resize width 500 click okay now go to Shadow Template go to Selections>Select all>Float now go to Mandy go to Edit>Copy now go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place Mandy into the left shadow once in place go to Selections>Invert highlight the layer of Mandy go to Edit>Cut now go to Mandy go to Layers>Duplicate then with your move tool move duplicate above the shadow template 

8. Go into the Kit open Paper 2 add it to your material properties pattern at 0 Angle, 25 Scale click okay now go down to template 2 go to Selections>Select all>Float go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on your paint can and paint the red and white strip paper into the marching ants of the new raster layer keep the marching ants go to 3d Effects>Inner Bevel with the setting below

Bevel # 2, Width 25, Image Smoothness 7, Depth 3, Color White, Angle 315, Intensity & Elevation at 50, rest at zero click okay 

Now go to Selections>Select None. Keep the paper open (mini size it we will get back to it soon)

9. Go down to Template 1 go to Layers>Duplicate 2 times now one each layer do the following below

1. Bottom template go to Add Noise of 25 Gaussian click okay then add the same Inner Bevel same setting 

2.  Middle Template Add Noise 35 same Inner Bevel

3. Top Template Add Noise 45 same Inner Bevel 

We will get back to this when we go into Jasc Animation program 

10. Do this with template 8 like did steps with Template 1 

11. Go to Shadow Template go to Selections>Select All>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on your paint can and paint paper 2 into the marching ants then go to Selections>Contrast 5 click okay then highlight paper 2 go to Edit>Cut now go to Selections>Select None. Then go to the strip frame we just made go to 3d Effects>Inner Bevel same as before (close the paper now) 

12. Open Paper 8 add it your pattern 0 angle, 25 scale click okay now go down to Template 4 go to Selections>Select all>Float now go Layers>Add new raster layer then click your paint can now go to Selections>Contrast 10 click okay now go to the green snowflake paper go to Edit>Cut now go to Selections>Select None. Now go to the green frame we made use the same Inner Bevel to the frame (now close this paper out) 

13. Open Paper 9 add to your pattern 0 angle, 25 scale click okay now go down to template 4 go to Selections>Select all>Float go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on your paint can and paint the red snowflake paper into the marching ants. Now go to layer change the paper down to 81% go to Selections>Select None (keep the paper open)

14. Go to Shadow Template go to Selections>Select all>Float go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on your paint can and paint the red snowflake paper into new raster layer of the marching ants go to to the layers change it to 79% then go to Color change the color of the paper to this setting below 

Hue 159, and Saturation 128 

Click okay then go to Selections>Select None. Close the paper we done using it

15. Open Paper 4 add it to your pattern 0 angle, 25 scale click okay now go to Template 7 go to Selections>Select all>Float go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on your paint can paint the green paper into the marching ants then add the same Inner Bevel before then go to Selections>Select None close the paper out 

16. Open Paper 5 add it to your pattern 0 angle, 25 scale click okay now go to Santa Hat go to Selections>Select all>Float now go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can paint the red paper into new raster layer then go to blend change to overlay then go to Selections>Select None close the paper out 

17. Go to my copyright delete the layer 

18. Add your name if you wish to the green bar 

Font Cookie

Size 20

Color #ffffff 

Drop Shadow of 0 0 60 10 black click okay gives it depth stands out 

19. Go to Word art go to Layers>Duplicate now go to the duplicate layer go to Image>Negative turn it white now with your move tool move little over so it becomes 3d view with the black word art then once happy go to 3d Effects>Drop Shadow with 0 0 60 10 black click okay it will give it depth to stand out 

20. Open Holly go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the holly down on the left side of the top green paper bar  once in place go to Layers>Duplicate then with your move tool place the other holly on the lower part as shown above 

21. Open Candy cane 5 (or your choice) go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the candy cane on the top right upper corner frame 

22. Open Gingerbread 4 (or your choice ) go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the gingerbread down on top of the green bar as shown above 

23. Open Bow 1 go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now add this bow in 2 place first want to click on Mandy (left side) go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer and move the red bow down on top of her legs (hide them) as shown above then go to top circle templates 9 add it on top of the top circle as shown above 

24. Open Bow 2 do step 23 this time add it to the other girl and the other circle as shown above

25. Add copy right for the tubes we create with this beautiful design as I did use your name not mine 

26. Go to File save as PNG Format this completes the tutorial I did include a banner with this design for you. No tag set or timeline for this design.

PS I am on psp 23 now it won't let me use plugin or Jasc Animation program so I am going see if get my psp x7 back up and use it. If I can then I will add Animation design of this tag where right click and save it if possible (coming soon) otherwise the noise effect I add won't move it yet it give the 3d view look as shown above .. No Animation of this tag.. I can not get the program to work.. boo hoo so it is as it is for now .. sorry folks psp 23 is cool except forgot about goodies ..

Santa's Cutest Helper Tutorial 

Need to download or purchase the following items below 

Xmas Elf Kit HERE
Tag Template HERE (download)

Belinda HERE and Clothes HERE (by Goldwasser)

1. Open Tag Template go to Windows>Duplicate now close the original out if you can't open the psp image as I am on psp 23 program. Build into layers by opening the base then taking each template 1,2,3 etc build into layer they will fall into place for you 

2. Open Belinda go to Windows>Duplicate, close the original out then close off all layers but her, you can choose which color eyes, nails, and lips otherwise we need her xmas clothes open the clothes you want to use the Xmas Santa Hat and her dress, you want to save the wine bottle, green present, and red ornaments by going to Edit>Copy and Edit>Paste into new image, but when you add the clothes you want only the clothes go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible go to Edit>Copy then go to Belinda go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer and dress her into the Xmas outfit then once in place go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. Close off all the extra stuff keep the elements we save mini sizing them we get back to them later in the tutorial now go to Belinda do the following below 

Image Resize 400 x 604 pixel size

Image Resize 80% 

Image>Mirror her 

Go close off the word art, Go to tag layer go to Edit>Copy now go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her head into the tag once in place take your eraser and remove her body outside of the tag once that is done go down to layer of Belinda change her to 85 (lighten her on the tag) making look like mirror (now go back to the element of Belinda) 

Go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer this time move her on the right side as shown above with the tag 

3. Go to the word art open it then go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into new Image we will mini size the word art get back to it at later in the tutorial. Go to Delete layer click yes it will remove the word art off of Belinda on the tag 

4. Add this color #074311 into color of material properties 

5. Go down to Tree 1 and do this Tree 2 too go to Selections>Select All>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer with your paint can paint the green into the new raster layer of the floating tree element then go to Blend to Overlay then go to Selections>Select None do this both trees 

6. Add this color #05380e into color of material properties 

7. Do the garland same as you did step 5 

8. Add this color #b60003 into the color of material properties 

9. Do 2 candles as you did like in step 5 with the candles 

10. Using the same red color go down the frame go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on your paint can and paint the red color into the frame leave the marching ants go to your Effects>Inner  Bevel with this setting below 

Bevel #2

Width 25

Image Smoothness 7

Depth 3

Color White

Angle 315

Intensity 50

Elevation 50 

Rest at zero 

Click okay then go to Selections>Select None 

11. Go into the kit open the Xmas Tree go to Image>Resize 90% then go to Edit>Copy with your move tool click on the green tree on the 2nd tree go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the Xmas Tree into the center of the two trees as shown above 

12. Open Holly Bow Ornament go to Windows>Duplicate close the original go to Image>Resize 55% now go to Edit>Copy now with your move tool click on the red frame then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the holly bow on top of the left corner once in place go to Layers>Duplicate then go to Image>Mirror and adjust the holly bow on the right upper corner 

13. Open Paper 5 add it to your pattern material properties go with Angle at 0 and the Scale at 50 click okay now go to the ornament balls layer go to Selections>Select All>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer with your paint can paint the left and right ball with paper 5 design then once done painting go to Blend Overlay (then keep the marching ants on the balls we go to the middle one on step 14)

14. Open Paper 1 add it to your pattern material properties go to Angle 25 and Scale 50 click okay now go to the middle Ball if your on psp image then do step 13 if you using the templates then go to Layers>Add new raster layer then click on the paint can and paint the red strip paper into the marching ants on the new raster layer then go to blend change to overlay then go to Selections>Select None 

15. Open Teddybear Gifts 2 go to Windows>Duplicate close the original then go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy go to the top of your image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the teddy bear by Belinda (as shown above) then go to your Effects> Drop Shadow with the setting of 0 0 25 3 black click okay (gives depth)

16. Find the Red Ornament we mini size go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go to Belinda go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the ornament a little behind the teddy bear (we going to cover her foot) once in place go to Layers>Duplicate with your move tool move the red ornament over on top of the garland as shown above 

17. Find the Green Present go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go down to Belinda go to Edit>Paste into new raster move the green present behind the red ornament a little as shown above

18. Fine the Wine Bottle go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the Red Ornament on the left side go beneath it go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the wine bottle on top and behind the ornament once in place go to Layers>Duplicate and adjust the 2nd wine bottle behind the red ornament as shown above 

19. Open Candy bag 2 (or your choice) go to Windows>Duplicate close the original then go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the 2nd wine bottle then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer and adjust the candy bag as shown above 

20. Find the word art Santa's Cutest Helper go to Image>Resize 55% then go to Edit>Copy now go the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the word art down underneath the garland as shown above 

21. Open Gingerbread 1 go to Windows>Duplicate close the original now go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath the word art layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer move the gingerbread next to the candy bag as shown above 

22. Add Copyright as shown below 

But add your name not mine 

23. Go to top image layers go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

24. Add your name if you like I use the following below 

Font Beach
Size 10-14

Color #bb2224 (red) and #f0f0f0 (off white)

PS To make the banner what I did was I crop a section out of the tag and turn into the banner for the timeline I took the design and change it a little down size it to fit into the timeline transparent image create different view xoxo

1. Open Template 1 go to Windows>Duplicate close the original out 

2. Open next template go to Edit>Copy then go to template 1 it becomes your transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move as it shown in the psp script sample page or it should fall right into place for you 

3. Open next template  do step 2 again do this with all the templates

All PSP Scripts comes with a # amount of Elements you can use for PU Or CU use to add into your kits

Some of the PSP Scripts will come with bonus templates and/or bonus Paper tiles that you can go into your pattern materials to use them

All PNG Templates are design to open in any psp program

How to use Tag Templates Tutorial

 

 

Need Tag Templates HERE

1. Open the Tag Template you download for free or collect from my tutorials

2. Go into the PNG Templates open the Blank Template this becomes your transparent image 

3. Open Template 1 go to Edit>Copy then go over to your transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer (it should fall into place) 

4. Open the rest of the templates 2 thru how many templates their is to each tag template go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer of your transparent image that you are building the layers of the tag template

How to Build Color Chart

 

1. Right click both templates go into your psp program 

 

  A. Go the Multiple Color Chart go to Window>Duplicate close the original out this will be come your transparent image 

 B. Open Color Chart template go to Edit>Copy go over to the multiple color chart template go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on top of the black square template it will line up 

 Hint if you need go to Image>Negative turn it white might help see it as you build layers with the multiple color chart template 

 C. Continue step B by adding the single template by going to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer each layer you will build the template into multiple color chart 

Once you have the layers or how many colors theme you want go to the next step

2. Use the cross mouse click on the 1st box you want to use with the solid color of your theme click on the single color chart then go to Selections>Select all>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the color you use into the new raster layer then go to Selections>Select None then go to Layers>Merge Down then the single color chart template comes into the color theme you use 

3. Do step 2 with all of the theme color chart that you want 

4. Once down go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible have your row of the theme color chart as I provide in my designs for my kits, psp scripts, cu templates, frame clusters and/or paper designs 

5. Add Inner Bevel like I do I use the following setting below 

 

 # 2 Bevel 

Width 30

Image Smoothness 7

Depth 3

Color is White 

Angle 315

Intensity 50

Elevation 30

Everything else is 0 click okay this gives it more then once shade as you color the psp scripts, cu templates, frame clusters, or to use for making scrap kits designs 

6. Once ready to save it go to File as as PNG format this completes this tutorial here is an design of my standard color chart provide for you to view with multiple of colors add to the theme I choose as my standard color chart

For the tutorial I will show you here how to take this gray overlay paper into color design 

1. This overlay is in my Glitter Papers HERE that you can buy for $1.50 take the overlay from it and open it into your psp program 

2. Go to Windows>Duplicate close the original paper

3. Go to Layers>Add New Raster Layer 

4. Choose the color you want for this tutorial I use this color #b92d5d you can use whatever color you want to add 

5. Now go to Blend change it to Overlay 

6. Go to Layers>Merge All (Flatten it) turns into this design below 

7. Save it in JPG or PNG format this tutorial is design in 300 x 300 put your papers at 800 x 800 or 1000 x 1000 whatever size you want it this tutorial is to show you how to take an overlay paper and turn into into paper design
